Overview
To be eligible for a full refund, our monitoring stats must verify you have not utilized the purchased product beyond the Introduction and First Lesson.
Some products sold on www.profrich.com are educational in nature and present personally edifying information. These are not a substitute for professional intervention. Personal results with products will vary, however, with more than 40 years in the field of education, it’s safe to promise that you will benefit from these products only if you follow the directions and complete the course work as prescribed.
Several types of goods are exempt from refunds
Non-returnable items:
- Courses accessed beyond the Introduction and First Lesson
- Downloadable software products
- Downloadable written material, including books written by Richard Swearingen.
To initiate a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your refund is reviewed and accepted, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and approved your request. If your refund request is rejected, we will also notify you of that fact.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account within 14 days (or sooner) from the date of your approved refund request.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your PayPal account again. Sometimes refunded amounts are held in your PayPal account and not returned to your original funding source.
Contact PayPal as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by PayPal. PayPal refunds may take up to 7 days.

Sale items
We regularly run site wide sales. Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items will not be refunded.
Any refund issued will not exceed the original price paid.
Exchanges
We will only substitute a course if the purchased course has not been accessed beyond the Introduction and First Lesson. Only one substitution per transaction may be issued.
Substitution courses will not be refunded or exchanged.
Gifts
Items marked as a gift when purchased with access links delivered directly to you are not subject to refunds. At our discretion, you may receive a transferable gift credit for the value of your original gift. Once the transaction is processed by us, a gift voucher will be issued and emailed to you.
Shipping Returns
All of our products are virtual, delivered via an Internet connection, and not subject to shipping returns.
